Informal Worship Music Group

The Music Worship Group is small group of musicians and singers who lead the sung worship in the Informal Services at 11.15 on Sundays. We generally consist of a pianist (on a rota) with three regular singers with occasional accompaniment by flute, trombone, viola, etc

We lead all the hymns that are chosen in collaboration with the clergy running the service and have a good repertoire of contemporary hymns and worship songs.

We are currently looking for more singers and people who play a variety of musical instruments. We practise in Church House on the Thursdays of the week of a service from 5.30pm-7pm. Do contact us via the Parish Office and attend a practice evening if you are interested in joining us.
